Full structural design and fabrication/GA drawing set for your building, engineered to the applicable Indian Standards.
You get: structural calculations, GFC drawings, fabrication drawings where applicable.
Turnaround: stated on enquiry, typically 10–20 working days depending on scale.
Structural design plus a validated tonnage take-off — the number a fabricator or contractor prices against.
You get: structural design, member schedule, tonnage summary by section.

A rated Bill of Quantities you can tender against, built from the approved drawing set — or start with your own from Build Your BOQ and we'll take it from there.
You get: a full line-item BOQ with quantities and rate basis stated.

Scope is agreed before work starts, and so is the payment structure. It is a choice you make against how the project is staged — not a term we impose.
Standard progressive payment, released against verified completion at each stage.
Third-party-style holding of funds, released against milestone sign-off, for clients who want that additional trust layer. Not yet a confirmed operational offering — flagged pending founder confirmation of the actual mechanism, any banking or escrow partner, and the legal structure behind it (D16). Do not publish as live until confirmed.
Negotiated for larger or multi-phase projects.
