1. What we collect

When you use the contact form, the careers form, or “Estimate your building”, we collect:

Contact details you provide: name, email, mobile number, city, organisation (where given).
What you tell us about your project: project type or description, timeline, and (for the estimator) the building category, dimensions or area, floors, finish level and location you enter.
The indicative output the estimator produced for your inputs.
Technical data: source page, and (once analytics is installed) standard analytics data — see Section 3.

2. Why we collect it

To respond to your enquiry, to generate and send the estimate PDF you requested, and to understand what visitors are building so we can improve the tool and our services. We do not sell personal data.

3. Analytics

4. Retention
