Work packaging, readiness, inspection gates, material traceability, and the completion dossier — built as an integrated platform, proven on Ferrum's own projects before anyone else relies on it.
The Problem Stack
Project management in mid-market construction (₹50-500 Cr) often fails not through lack of intent, but through structural friction. We identify and solve four specific failures:
- Data Chaos: Manual reporting consumes 8–15 hours per week in formatting alone. Site data is often stale before it reaches the client.
- Compliance Risk: Capturing the 50+ data points per day required for RERA, BOCW, and NBC 2016 compliance is a burden that leads to under-reporting.
- Transparency Lag: The friction between site-level Hindi/regional reporting and English-language client dashboards creates a transparency gap.
- Field Realities: Software often assumes connectivity and literacy levels that don't match the site floor.
The Unserved Middle
High-end enterprise systems are built for Tier-1 contractors; entry-level tools are built for small residential builds. Ferrum PMC Tech targets the unserved middle — the ₹50–500 Cr project tier where risk is high but professional systems are scarce.

- DSR Automation: Daily progress captured at the source, formatted for the audit.
- RERA Compliance: Quarterly reporting generated from execution data, not memory.
- Material Traceability: Tracking from mill certificate to installed position.
- Safety Registers: Statutory BOCW and NBC 2016 records as a side-effect of work.
A construction system that has never survived a real project is a theory. Condition to open externally: the roadmap.
