Ferrum Group Holdings exists to engineer, build, own and operate infrastructure and digital systems that make construction transparent, trustworthy and intelligently managed — creating enduring value for customers, employees, investors and society through engineering excellence, technology and disciplined execution.
That is our constitutional purpose. It is written down, it governs every decision we take, and it can only be changed by formal resolution — never by convenience.
Ferrum Group Holdings is the constitutional centre. It holds the majority of every operating company, owns the Group’s intellectual property, allocates capital between companies, and rules any conflict a company cannot resolve.
Each operating company runs its own business — its own leadership, its own market, its own accountability.

A company in the Group runs its own business. It does not run its own ethics, safety standard or evidentiary discipline.
The Group is not a portfolio of unrelated businesses. It is a single chain across the lifecycle of the built environment, and each company is the entity currently responsible for one link in it.

Every company in the Group is a product built from a problem we had to solve for ourselves first. That is why our software is validated on our own sites before it is sold, and why our data cannot be replicated by a competitor who does not build.
Most young companies are governed by their founder’s judgement. That works until the founder is unavailable, and it cannot be verified by anyone outside.
Ferrum is governed by a written charter with a defined amendment process, an escalation path for conflicts, three absolute limits that bind even the board, and a custodian role separate from executive command.
We built it this way because an enterprise that depends on one person’s judgement is not an enterprise — it is an arrangement.
