You may explore any domain freely and train toward any domain with support. Licensed work is assigned only on completed, verified certification. That gate protects you as much as it protects the work.
Work is assigned through our portal against verified competency and availability — not by who is standing nearby, not by who asked, not by who is liked.
Every assignment shows why: this person, this task, this rate. The logic is published, not hidden.
If you have been on a site where the good jobs go to the same people for reasons nobody explains, this is the opposite of that.
