“Estimate your building” produces an indicative output — a cost band, and for Industrial/PEB submissions, a specification — based on inputs you provide and rates that are market-adjusted and declared as an accuracy class, never a guaranteed figure.
The estimator's output is not professional advice, is not a substitute for engagement with a qualified engineer, and must not be relied upon for construction, procurement, financing, or any decision with legal or financial consequence. Every output is marked “INDICATIVE — NOT FOR CONSTRUCTION”. Where the estimator refuses an input as outside its validated bounds, that refusal is a safety property of the tool, not an error to be worked around.
Where the Site publishes a price, a price range, or a “from ₹X” figure — on the Services page, in estimator output, or anywhere else — that figure is an invitation to treat, not an offer capable of acceptance. No contract is formed by a visitor acting on a published figure. A binding price is only established through a separate, signed written agreement with Ferrum.
